Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made through our website (www.viraatramayan.org) or other authorized channels are considered final and are non-refundable. As a charitable organization, we utilize funds as soon as they are received to further our mission and goals.

Refund Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• If an error was made during the donation process, such as duplicate transactions.
• If a technical issue caused an incorrect amount to be charged.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
